Beautifully clean location with stunning views of the lake. the restaurant here is convenient, offering meals even for breakfast. I enjoyed my time dining there, especially on cloudy days when staying indoors was more appealing. 🌥️

The location was absolutely beautiful, close to the beach, lake, and city center, and the staff were fantastic, ensuring a perfect stay with delicious food included.

we were there for 2 days, everything was perfect, liked its stunning location close enough to the restaurant and sightseeing n hikes and luzern train/bus station. the room was cheap with comfy beds, efficient staff.

I truly enjoyed the room with balcony, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

This place is fairly clean and wonderful, with really kind and polite staff.

The setting is breathtaking, the hotel is well decorated, the views from the rooms are to die for. Some staff were helpful.

The Hotel is expensive. Not only this but depite advertising the hotel as being "relaxing" the management book wedding and other parties into the conference rooms on weekend nights. The party we endured started at 6pm on Saturday with music being played so loudly that we could hear every word clearly in our second floor junior suite. When we rang reception to complain we were told *this happens every time management books a wedding" and we were told they would ask the party to "quieten down". After four more complaints about the increasing noise, at 11.00pm we were moved to another, cheaper room. Our complaint to management the next day reduced the nights rate by a barely adequate reduction of 50% for that night. Be warned!

My stay was really nice and I would return. the room was newly renovated with AC and a beautiful view. - the staff were very helpful and check-in was easy. - the location was stunning and excellent.

Fantastic views of lake lucerne from room balcony but you need to select the right room. No balconys in the annexe building. Set menu including wine selection with each course, good value and no hassle with picking the right wine. Great place to relax. Checkout at 11am and charges for car park the only negative points.

Very much enjoyed the 20 minute walk from hotel to town centre. Also the hotel door to town centre frequent bus service was great when taking cases. Room was very spacious with stunning views & a pleasure to come back to after a days touring.
